 Earthquake hit Turkish-Iranian border, felt in Nakhchivan

An earthquake has hit Turkish-Iranian border, RepublicanSeismological Service Center of ANAS told AzVision.az.

 

The earthquake has been recorded in the Turkish-Iranian border, 125 km south-west from Nakhchivan station at 04:14 a.m. Its magnitude has been 5.0, while depth 44 km.

It has slightly been felt in residential areas nearby south-west of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic which are close to epicenter.
