If you stick to traditional furniture stores, coffee and dining room tables are all pretty similar. Normally, the widest variety you’ll find is rectangle versus round. But if you go looking, there are lots of tables that break the mould. From funky shapes to hidden treasures, we found 10 tables that value form as much as function. Okay, to be honest, some of them are so amazing, we’d be too nervous to eat off of them. Unfortunately, they’re not all for sale, but some enterprising DIY-ers might be able to approximate some of the designs.
