US supports Azerbaijan's efforts to ensure Europe's energy security – ambassador

US supports Azerbaijan

The US supports Azerbaijan's efforts to ensure Europe's energy security, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Earle D. Litzenberger told reporters.

"It depends on commercial decisions. Azerbaijan is doing everything possible to ensure the energy security of Europe. We provided political support for the Southern Gas Corridor," Litzenberger said.

According to the ambassador, the US position on this issue will remain unchanged.
