He said that the states must recognize sovereignty and territorial integrity of each other.
"It is important for development. Over the past year, a lot of work has been done for the settlement of the situation in Karabakh. However, all issues have not been resolved. We want to achieve results until the meeting, which will be held in Brussels. We have never rejected other meeting. However, we would like to go there with concrete results," Russian President added.
