Civilian of Armenian origin Verdyan Armen Abrikovich, born on April 24, 1971, has got lost and entered into the territory, which is under control of Azerbaijani servicemen, AzVision.az reports citing the State Commission for Prisoners of War, Hostages and Missing Persons.
Guiding principles of humanism, Azerbaijan has handed over the person to Armenia.
Note, another civilian of Armenian origin was transferred to Armenia on November 26.
