Azerbaijan advocates the launch of the process of delimitating the state border with Armenia without conditions, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said during a meeting with OSCE Secretary General Helga Schmidt in Vienna on Wednesday, the Foreign Ministry told AzVision.az.
Minister Bayramov said the delimitation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border is considered to be an important element in the normalization of bilateral ties, expressing his country’s readiness to start the process without delay.
It was noted with regret that Armenia’s stance on this issue and the advancement of a number of preconditions for the start of the delimitation process are unacceptable
