Israel may deliver its gas via TANAP
Israel may use pipelines passing through Turkey for delivery of its gas from "Leviatan" to the world markets, Azvision.Az reports citing the Turkish media

According to information from sources, TANAP project and the South Stream, transporting gas to Europe through Turkey, may be effective for Israel, both in terms of transportation, as well as for domestic consumption.

At the same time, the newspaper wrote that Israel is cautious because of strained relations with Turkey in recent years:

"Israel can lose a lot, so now it occupies the wait-and-see position."

Gas giants believe that the delivery of Israeli gas to Europe via Turkey is the cheapest and most convenient route.

In addition, as reported by the newspaper, another factor pushing Israel to the adoption of this decision may be the fact that a few days ago, the Italian energy company ENİ discovered in Egypt gas deposit in the amount of 850 billion cubic meters.
