Azerbaijani Defense Minister paying official visit to France

Azerbaijani Defense Minister paying official visit to France

Azerbaijani and French defense ministries will sign Memorandum of Cooperation

Azerbaijani Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov embarked on an official visit to France on January 13.

The Defense Ministry`s press service told that Zakir Hasanov plans to meet with French Defence Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian, Chief of Defense Staff, Admiral Edouard Guillaud, head of several defense companies and hold discussions on prospects of bilateral cooperation and issues of international and regional security.

Memorandum of Cooperation is expected to be signed between the Azerbaijani and French defense ministries.

The visit will last till January 14.
