Halt of G20 summit amid Paris terror attacks out of question
Cancellation of the G20 summit after a series of terrorist attacks in France for security reasons is out of question, the presidential administration of Turkey said in an exclusive interview with Trend Nov.14.
Security measures in the Turkish province of Antalya, where the G20 summit will take place November 16-17, are at the highest level, said the administration.

The administration also said that the series of terrorist attacks that took place in Paris are directed not only against France, but the whole humanity.

More than 12,000 police officers will be providing security during the G20 summit in Turkey.

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu condemned the series of terrorist attacks in France.

Gunmen and bombers attacked restaurants, a concert hall and a sports stadium at locations across Paris Nov.13, killing at least 120 people in a deadly rampage that President Francois Hollande called an unprecedented terrorist attack.

Four gunmen systematically slaughtered at least 87 young people attending a rock concert at the Bataclan music hall.

Some 40 more people were killed in five other attacks in the Paris region, including an apparent double suicide bombing outside the national stadium, where the French president Hollande and the German foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier were watching a friendly soccer international. Some 200 people were injured.

Following the attacks, French President Francois Hollande canceled his visit to Turkey, where was to take part in the G20 summit.
