  Pashinyan admits Armenian army ‘refused to fight’

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said he had decided to sign agreement on Karabakh upon the recommendation of the country’s armed forces, AzVision.az reports.

During a live broadcast on Facebook, Pashinyan admitted that there were problems with the mobilization of reserve forces in Armenia to continue the war.
