The minister recalled that on November 8, Azerbaijan celebrated the Victory Day.
“As a result of last year’s 44-day Patriotic War, we liberated our lands from the Armenian occupation. The victory opened a new era in the history of my country, restored international justice and the rights of one million Azerbaijanis dispelled from their homes,” Bayramov said.
The minister reiterated that the Karabakh victory opened a new era for Azerbaijan.
“Now we have significant new tasks of rebuilding, restoring and demining our liberated territories. We are moving fast on the path of the reintegration of our liberated territories. In the near future, we will be witnessing the return of first IPD families to their homes,” he added.
“We hope that the long-awaited peace and stability will be prevailing in South Caucasus,” said Minister Bayramov, stressing that Azerbaijan will continue its efforts to strengthen peace, stability and prosperity in the region.
