President Aliyev establishes Special Representative Office on Karabakh Economic Zone

President Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree on appointment of a Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated areas, being part of the Karabakh Economic Region.

In accordance with the relevant Decree, Emin Huseynov has been appointed the Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated areas of the Karabakh Economic District (except for the Shusha District).
