Police disperses participants of mass brawl in Istanbul
A mass brawl between the participants of May Day rally started in Istanbul, the Turkish TV channel TRT Haber reported May 1.
Police are dispersing participants of the fight, the cause of which has not been established.

In addition, the use of an incendiary mix, “Molotov cocktail” during the rallies is equivalent to the use of weapons.

Rallies of trade unions, dedicated to the International Day of Solidarity of Workers - May 1, began in Istanbul today.

All the sea voyages in Istanbul’s waters were cancelled due to the expected May Day marches in Turkey, the Anadolu Agency reported May 1.

It was previously announced that Istanbul’s metro would not operate on May 1.
