AzVision.az reports that according to the Rules on “State registration of non-profit organizations and educational institutions”, the application shall be attached two copies of a statute confirmed by founders or their authorized representatives, decisions on confirmation of the statute and formation of management bodies, adoption of program, document on payment of state tax (a bill confirming the payment of state tax by cash or a document confirming transfer to the account of the taxpayer), founders’ decision about address where headquarters of the head bodies of the political parties are located, copy of ID card of legal representative (if appointed) , document confirming number of party members, information on place and date of founding congress published in the mass media and program of the political party.
Under the amendments made by the Collegium of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministy to the Rules on “State registration of non-profit organizations and educational institutions”, a document confirming authority of a person representing the organization (if exists) was attached the application increased.
