Armenian pilgrims from Nagorno-Karabakh visit Khudavang & Amaras monasteries

About 20 pilgrims from the Nagorno-Karabakh region accompanied by Russian peacekeepers visited the monasteries of Khudavang and Amaras monasteries, AzVision.az reports citing the Russian Defense Ministry.

Russian peacekeepers ensured the safety of the Armenian pilgrims, who were escorted from the Khankendi city to the monasteries and back.

As part of the implementation of the trilateral statement of the leaders of Russia, Azerbaijan and Armenia of November 9, 2020, Russian peacekeepers continue to assist in the restoration of peaceful life in Nagorno-Karabakh.
