Hajiyev said that particularly, in the Karabakh war Armenia's policy of aggression against Azerbaijan was based on these principles, psychological and hybrid warfare.
"Azerbaijan faced this warfare at a time when the world did not completely perceive the disinformation. However, during the early 1990s, we were not ready for it. For this reason, although Armenia occupied Azerbaijani territories by pursuing the policy of terror and aggressive separatism, the world condemned Azerbaijan," Hikmet Hajiyev also added.
