US-led coalition hit IS targets in Syria and Iraq
The U.S. coalition forces conducted 20 airstrikes against ISIL targets in the past three days, Anadolu Agency reported a Combined Joint Task Force`s statement
In Syria, “Seven airstrikes near Kobani destroyed five IS fighting positions and struck three other IS fighting positions and a large IS unit, "the statement said.

There were 13 other airstrikes in Iraq near Sinjar, al-Qaim, Ramadi, Mosul, Samarra, and Kirkuk.

The U.S. is leading an international coalition, which includes France, Germany, and Saudi Arabia, and has carried out numero us airstrikes against IS in Iraq and Syria.

The U.S. and partner nations have carried out more than 1,200 air strikes against IS in Iraq and Syria since operations began in August, according to the force.
