Azerbaijan`s Shahriyar Mammadyarov will join other top chess grandmasters to decide the winner of the 10th international tournament commemorating former world champion Mikhail Tal due to take place in Moscow from September 25 to October 6.
The 10-player all-play-all tournament features a stellar line-up, including former world champions Vladimir Kramnik and Vishy Anand. The time control is 100 minutes for 40 moves, then 50 minutes for 20 moves, then 15 minutes to the end of the game, with a 30-second increment from move 1.
