Following the terrorist attack committed in Ankara city on Feb.17, some MPs from the Peoples’ Democratic Party took part in the funeral of the suicide bomber who was a member of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) terrorist group.
Earlier, Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan demanded the parliament to deprive five MPs from the HDP of the parliamentary immunity.
Turkey’s Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu criticized the policy of the Peoples’ Democratic Party in December of 2015 and accused its members of having ties to the PKK.
