Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on March 28 on the creation of a commission in connection with the fire that occurred in the Diglas shopping centre in Nizami district of Baku.
The President instructed the Cabinet of Ministers to establish the commission in order to investigate the causes and eliminate the consequences of the fire. The Cabinet of the Ministers was also tasked to inform the President about the progress of work of the commission on a regular basis.
