The ombudsperson held private meetings with detainees Rauf Mirgadirov, Arif Yunusov, Elshan Mustafayev and others. The detainees did not complain about the detention conditions or the treatment towards them, and expressed their satisfaction with quality food and medical service provided to them.
The facility administration was given recommendations on further improvement of the detention conditions.
