OSCE Chairperson-in-Office: Co-chairs should demonstrate constructive approach
OSCE is interested in protection of stability in the South Caucasus and tightening of confidence-building measures among the regional actors”, OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dačić said at the press conference in Yerevan, AzVision.az reports quoting news.am.

OSCE Chairperson-in-Office noted all participants of the process should fulfill their obligations: “Countries and the co-chairs should demonstrate constructive approach and give an impulse to the peaceful settlement of the problem”.

He criticized double standards in the application of international law: “Serbia, chairing the OSCE, wants a dialogue and is trying for this. However, there are numerous points in the Kosovo issue. Kosovo unilaterally declared its independence without permission of Serbia. This decision was made by several countries, including western countries. It means that the international law depends on activity of the superpowers. However, there is no dialogue on the key issues”.

Mr. Dačić underlined the identity of every conflict within the OSCE and noted importance of demonstration of the constructive approach to them.
