Iran`s Rouhani to visit France, Italy

Iran`s President Hassan Rouhani will start a two-day visit to France and Italy on Jan.25.

The head of Iran Chamber of Commerce Mohsen Jalalpour said that Iran`s economists will meet with Rouhani on Tuesday, before his travel to the EU, Mehr news agency reported on Jan.18.

Iran announced last year that Rouhani will visit the EU, but in November it was announced that he postponed the trip to Europe in the wake of a series of deadly attacks in Paris.

Iran and the P5+1 group implemented a Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) on Jan.16, which eliminated sanctions on the country, including the restrictions over banking sector, releasing blocked assets abroad, etc.
